If you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive basic account information needed to create and secure your account.

We collect messages, likes, favorites, blocks, reports, and other interactions needed to operate the app, provide safety tools, and support user communication.

LuvClub uses location information to show nearby profiles, local hotspots, and location-based discovery. Your exact location is not shown publicly. Other users may only see your general area, city, neighborhood, or approximate discovery zone.

We may also collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, push notification token, crash data, log data, and usage activity to operate, secure, and improve the app.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, show profiles to other users when discoverable, support nearby discovery, provide likes and messaging, send notifications, improve the app, respond to safety reports, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

Your public profile information may be shown to other users, including your name, age, photos, pronouns, city or general area, tags, bio, dating intent, and other profile details you choose to make visible. Your exact location is not shown publicly.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate LuvClub, such as hosting, authentication, database, storage, messaging, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, safety, and support services.

We may disclose information when needed to investigate reports, enforce our policies, protect users, prevent harm, comply with law, or respond to valid legal requests.

4. Location Privacy

LuvClub is built around map-based discovery, but your exact location is not displayed to other users. We use location data to help show nearby profiles, city-based discovery, and local hotspots. Users may see your general area or city, but not your precise address or live location.

You can control location permissions through your device settings. If you do not allow location access, some location-based features may be limited.

5. Your Choices

You may edit your profile, add or remove photos, control location permissions through your device settings, block or report users, manage notifications, and request support or privacy help.

6. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide LuvClub, maintain user safety, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some information may be retained after account deletion if needed for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or recordkeeping.

7. Safety, Reports, and Moderation

LuvClub includes safety tools such as blocking and reporting. Reports may include profile information, messages, user IDs, timestamps, and related details needed to review the issue and take action.

8. Children

LuvClub is only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow users under 18 or knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that a person under 18 has used LuvClub, we may remove the account.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Users

LuvClub is operated from the United States. If you use LuvClub from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of LuvClub after changes means you accept the updated policy.
